You are more faithful than any parent could be. You love us more than anyone else could. You guarantee my eternity with You…and You are never too busy to listen.
I despair for America. Our entertainment industries…our streaming services…our social media all bombard us constantly with gratuitous violence and tell us we are no more than our sexual identity. We hear over and over that sexual conquest is the ultimate goal in life. We are buying a counterfeit version of love.
We’ve fallen so far that only You can lift us from the mire.
Revive Your church and send a great awakening across America…restore a purity that loves deeply, restores relationships, and overcomes what divides us.
Help me stand firm…to love and care for others as You love and care for me.
