America’s moving at such a frantic pace and I’m living a life without a moment to collect my thoughts so it is easy…accomplished without intent…to get out in front of my skies and fail to wait for Your solution to my issue.
Oh, I pray (quickly) then rush on with my life without Your guidance. Always in a hurry.
When I do, my life becomes entangled with the world…I accept the world’s input and that, of course, insures I am pursuing the wrong priorities…the wrong agenda…for the wrong reasons.
It is when I take a deep breath and allow You to speak to me from Your word, through godly friends and family, that I fully appreciate Your wisdom and Your perfect plan for my life.
